Not gonna lie, they fixed it way faster than I expected. Almost too fast, like they already knew exactly what was wrong before I even explained it. I’m not saying there’s a whole secret system behind the scenes… but whatever they’re doing, it worked.

The magnetic hold is better than I expected. It sticks to my car mount without any issues and hasn’t slipped on me so far, which is a relief because nobody should be selling stuff that risks your phone falling while you’re driving. My only gripe is that with a thicker case, I wish it felt just a little more secure. Still, overall it’s been dependable.

I got my Ohsnap grip last week, and I’m impressed. To me, it feels really sturdy and not cheap at all, which I was kind of worried about at first. It stuck to my phone case without any trouble, and I’ve been using it every day since. So far, I haven’t had any issues, and I’m really happy with it

I grabbed this because I’m always holding my phone while scrolling or texting, and it definitely feels more comfortable than using the phone on its own. At first the grip feels really nice in my hand, but after a while my fingers do start to get a little tired. Still, compared to holding my phone plain, I’d say it’s an improvement.

I ordered from ohsnap and overall, the product itself was totally fine once it arrived. The main issue for me was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and for a couple of days the tracking didn’t really update, so I wasn’t sure if it was stuck somewhere or just not being scanned. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t fast either. I’d probably order again if I didn’t need something right away, but I wouldn’t use them if I was in a rush. For me, it was about a 3-star experience.

My first thought was that this was going to be a hassle, but nope, it removed it with no problem. Straightforward and did exactly what I needed.

The grip itself feels good, but it didn’t really work well with my thicker phone case. I ended up having to switch cases, which was kind of annoying. Now that it’s on, it works fine, and it’s better than, well, it gets the job done...

I’ve been using this as my daily go-to, and for the most part it’s been solid. It does what I need it to do without much fuss, which I appreciate because I’m not trying to overthink every little thing I buy. That said, after using it for a while, I did notice the grip starts to loosen up, which can get a little annoying. Not a total dealbreaker, but definitely something I wish held up better. Kind of reminds me of my old travel mug that was perfect except the lid got weird after a month. Overall, it’s good for regular use, just don’t expect the grip to feel brand new forever...

I got this for my iPhone i was a little worried at first like, “Okay, but is MagSafe still going to work properly?” Turns out I didn’t need to stress about it. The charger snaps on like it should, and my car mount still holds the phone really well. So far, I’m happy with it.

I've had it for a while now and, yeah, it's still going strong. I wasn't totally sure what to expect at first, but it keeps working fine and hasn't given me any real problems. So I guess that's a good thing to say about it.

I mainly bought the Ohsnap because I’m way too good at almost dropping my phone, especially when I’m walking around or trying to use it with one hand. For that purpose, it definitely does help. It makes my phone feel a lot more secure in my hand, and I do feel a little less nervous about it slipping out when I’m texting, carrying groceries, or just not paying enough attention. That said, after using it for a few weeks, the magnet and adhesive don’t feel quite as strong or reliable as I was hoping they would. It hasn’t completely failed or anything like that, so I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but it also doesn’t feel super solid or premium to me. For the price, I guess I expected it to hold up a bit better and feel more dependable overall. It’s useful, and I’m still glad it helps with grip, but I’d call it more average than impressive. Three stars feels about right

I wasn’t too sure this would play nice with wireless charging, and I half expected it to be annoying. But so far, it’s been working fine on my nightstand charger. No problems yet, which is a nice surprise

I wasn’t totally sure if my OhSnap would work with my older MagSafe car mount, but it snapped right on and stayed in place the whole drive. I haven’t had any weird slipping or wobbling so far, so I’m happy with it.

The site looks clean overall, and the product photos are actually nice to scroll through. I liked the simple color palette — it kind of has that calm, minimalist feel, which I usually prefer when I’m browsing with a coffee next to me and way too many tabs open. That said, a few sections felt a little busy, especially when I was scrolling around and trying to focus on the products. Nothing terrible, just not super wow either. Decent style, nice enough, but it didn’t totally grab me...

The warranty ended up taking awhile to get sorted out. It did eventually get handled, but the wait was longer than I expected...

I had this little moment where I thought maybe I picked the wrong option, because I always second-guess myself after ordering stuff online, but it matched my receipt perfectly. No missing pieces, no weird substitutions, no back-and-forth. Simple experience, but that’s kind of the best part. They sent what I ordered, and that was that.

I figured this would start peeling off after a couple days, or at least get a little loose, but no, actually, I take that back, it hasn’t budged at all. It’s been stuck to my phone case really solid, and I use my phone all day. Even with me pulling it in and out of my pocket constantly, the adhesive is still holding up like nothing happened.
